SHIPPING POLICY

Due to Covid -19, shipping period is various throughout the regions. 

If shipping method is chosen as regular, it would be difficult to track the package.

We advise to choose carrier if you wish to receive your orders in a more timely manner. 

We are very much appreciated your understanding and hope everyone stays safe!

Over $150, free shipping in Canada and $200 for US. (Use Standard Shipping)

For International, it would be vary depends on destination. Please contact us to confirm the shipping fee.

We use standard shipping by Canada Post which takes 5~7 business days. If you need sooner, please choose "Carrier" for shipping method. 

​

Please ensure the delivery details are correct as we can not cover the cost of resending orders that have been placed with an incorrect name or address.

RETURN POLICY

We want all our customers to be 100% happy with LIAN products. However, things can happen and we all can make a mistake. If the fault is ours and we have made any mistake with your order, we will do our best to bring the satisfaction. Please keep in mind that exchanging can take a time for made-to-order products.

If you want to exchange or refund for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. The item must be unworn and unwashed with tags. We are not responsible for return shipping costs and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if criteria not met as above.

Please note personalized merchandise are FINAL SALE. 

No exchanges or returns will be accepted unless the product is faulty from our side.

We advise that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain proof of posting. We are not responsible for items that fail to reach us  and cannot give a refund for missing items.

Please note that LIAN can not be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport.
